Natasha started her own holistic journey in 2013, where after experiencing painful life challenges she was introduced to Meditation and Reiki healing.  During her healing journey she worked with (and eventually trained with) modalities such as Mindfulness/Meditation, Reiki, Crystal Healing and Crystal Massage, Psychic and Mediumship.

In 2019, Natasha was guided to work with Shamanic Medicines and after going through a life changing journey she was initiated as a Kambo Practitioner and a Cacao Facilitator. 

Today, Natasha focusses on holding Cacao Ceremonies, Kambo Ceremonies and Reiki Healing.

“My intention as “Light Nourishment” is to share these transformational medicines and practices to help guide others to “Nourish their light” into their own space of peace, love and clarity.
